c) Sleep: Sleep in something that the body needs and cannot be done without. Having the right amount of sleep is very important in order to keep the concentration level high. d) Socializing: Man is a social animal and cannot stay alone. Interacting with friends and family helps take the mind off work and relax. They can help regain any lost motivation and increase the determination levels. Health is not only physical but also mental so give your body a little time out on a regular basis.
